Client-Centered Criminal Defense

I will defend your rights inside and outside the courtroom if you have been charged with DUI, drug possession or other crime. I represent people charged with misdemeanors or felonies, from traffic violations to DUI or drug possession. As a former prosecutor, I understand both sides of the criminal justice system and will use that knowledge to negotiate your case or go to trial.

Family law disputes can cause emotions to run high and create a great deal of stress. I will discuss your case with you, keep you informed you about the process and answer any questions you might have.

I will represent you in negotiating a divorce settlement that meets your needs regarding parenting and marital asset division. If these issues are highly contested and compromises cannot be worked out, I will pursue your objectives in court.
